Shipping - Most orders will be shipped by UPS. Orders of larger items/quantities to be shipped by common carrier at a rate to be determined. Please call Illuminaries regarding your special delivery needs.

Orders Placed - Orders are considered placed when payment has been received. All orders will be shipped within 4 to 8 weeks of payment unless otherwise stated, as with custom items. We do not accept partial payments.

Return Policy - If your light fixture is defective in materials or workmanship we will repair or replace it.  No other returns will be accepted.

Damaged Merchandise - Goods shipped travel at purchaser's risk. Please unpack and inspect shipment promptly. It is very important to check for damage before the driver leaves your establishment. All damaged merchandise must be reported in writing by fax or email to Illuminaries within 3 days of receiving merchandise. The customer must also file claims to UPS, overnight transport, or any other carrier used before replacement will be issued. Email address is . Fax number is 512-331-4107.

Lamp Shades ARE NOT included and ARE NOT OFFERED FOR SALE unless otherwise noted.

Lamp shades and glass are available at an additional charge.

Additions - All chandeliers include ceiling medallions and 3 feet of matching chain, unless otherwise noted. Lamp shades and glass are not included and are not offered for sale unless otherwise noted.

Custom Finishes - All custom finishes are a 10% surcharge.

Outdoor Lighting - All outdoor lighting is made to be hung in a damp location never without cover of some sort, eaves and overhangs at a minimum.  Since all of our fixtures are hand made there may be some irregularities in the fixture allowing moisture collection. This should not interfere with electrical components.
