Payment / Sales Tax Policy

  1. U.S. orders: We accept checks, Visa, MasterCard or PayPal. All charges will appear on your statement under our name of “Illuminaries Lighting”.
  2. International orders: Payment by wire transfer only.
  3. Sales tax: Illuminaries Lighting only collects sales tax on orders shipped to or within Texas. We do not charge sales tax on any orders shipped to other states.

Shipping / Delivery Policy

  1. Shipments are FULLY INSURED & will arrive by FED EX or common carrier.
  2. Delivery
    1. Delivery time will vary – please ask your Customer Service Representative for current production and delivery time.
    2. Please call us if you need a fixture(s) expedited. Additional charges may apply.
  3. Lamp Shades and Light Bulbs ARE NOT included.
  4. We will e-mail the online tracking information upon shipment
  5. Important notes for your protection:
    1. Shipment is FULLY INSURED and will arrive by common carrier. In the rare situation of freight damage, fixture(s) will be repaired or replaced provided the following is followed (otherwise a claim CANNOT be made and customer is responsible for purchasing a new fixture(s)). At delivery, PRIOR to signing off, if there is any obvious damage to the carton(s) that appears to possibly have damaged the fixture inside – please NOTE IT in detail on the sign-off sheet, REJECT the shipment, and notify us IMMEDIATELY. If there is no obvious damage to the carton(s), please sign “subject to inspection” and inspect IMMEDIATELY. Please notify Illuminaries Lighting AND the freight carrier IMMEDIATELY if there is any freight damage discovered to the fixture(s) inside the carton(s). Save all damaged units/packaging material AND take photos of packaging & damaged units.
    2. Due to freight carrier policies – inside deliveries are NOT included and will incur an additional fee (depending upon the freight carrier). Please tell us at order placement if an inside delivery is required (inside deliveries cannot be requested AFTER shipment).
    3. The customer’s licensed electrician is required to follow the manufacturer’s installation instructions during installation and to contact Illuminaries Lighting IMMEDIATELY if there are any questions and/or problems during installation. Illuminaries Lighting is NOT responsible for fixtures installed improperly or by an unlicensed electrician.
    4. Illuminaries Lighting is NOT responsible for customer reimbursement of electrician and/or installation charges for any reason.
    5. Signature will be required at delivery.

Warranty / Return / Exchange / Cancellation / Order Change Policy

Guarantee – Illuminaries products are guaranteed against product defects or workmanship. All products are individually handcrafted and may vary slightly.

All sales are final (no cancellations, changes, refunds, or returns).
