SHIPPING AND RETURNS
Freight service deliveries are curbside and include lift gate service.
The customer is responsible for the inspection of all merchandise upon arrival. The customer must notify Illuminaries Lighting within 48 hours after receiving the order if any damage has occurred to the order.
Illuminaries Lighting is not responsible for broken glass panels, missing candle covers, or other damage not reported within the first 48 hours the order is received. No exceptions.
If your light fixture is defective in material or workmanship, we will repair or replace it with the same design. No other returns will be accepted.
We ship to all states in the USA. Most orders will be shipped by UPS or Freight Carrier at a rate of 10% of the total cost of the order. Tax is NOT applied to shipping cost.
Shipping outside of the USA will require a shipping quote approval.
