Generally, our lead time is 2-4 weeks. Because of the nature of a custom product, lead times may be longer. The customer will be notified if this is the case.
We offer a “RUSH” option. Please call to discuss lead times and cost.

Free in USA.
We ship to all states in the USA free of charge. Most orders will be shipped by UPS or Freight Carrier. Tax is NOT applied to shipping cost.
Free shipping does not apply when other discounts are applied.
Freight service deliveries are curbside and include lift gate service.
Shipping outside of the USA will require a shipping quote approval.

The customer is responsible for the inspection of all merchandise upon arrival. The customer must notify Illuminaries Lighting within 48 hours after receiving the order if any damage has occurred to the order.
Illuminaries Lighting is not responsible for broken glass panels, missing candle covers, or other damage not reported within the first 48 hours the order is received. No exceptions.

Sales tax is applied to transactions in the state of Texas.
Trade accounts need to submit a resale certificate (if applicable).
